Logic Grid: start at corners and use numbers to infer traps. Matching Deck: flip in pairs and scan rows to reduce misses. Pattern games: repeat in short chunks.
Daily puzzles share a seed worldwide, so strategies and outcomes are comparable. Random puzzles are for practice and experimentation without affecting your daily streak.
What the lab is, how it works, and the modes you can explore.
Logic & Match Lab is a collection of compact, focused puzzles built for short, satisfying sessions. Every mode is generated from a deterministic seed so you can replay, compare, and improve without hidden advantages.
The site is intentionally lightweight: no accounts required, no paywalls, and no distracting overlays. Your progress is stored locally on your device.
Original, repeatable puzzles with clear navigation. Each puzzle is generated from a seed, so pages stay light and avoid duplicates.
Each mode uses the same daily seed (UTC date) so everyone receives the same layout. Switching to Random creates a new seed for practice. Scores are based on moves and time, and best results are saved per mode and difficulty.
Concise coaching to help you improve without clutter.
Each win grants points, with bonuses for daily puzzles and fast clears. Streaks track consecutive daily completions, and badges reward milestones such as your first win or a speed run.
Base win = 10 points. Daily bonus = +5. Speed bonus = +5 if under 60 seconds.
Start with the daily seed to compare results with other players. Focus on clean, low-move clears first, then chase faster times once your route feels stable.
If you get stuck, switch to Random to practice the same mode mechanics without breaking your daily streak.
Fix one pattern at a time. Over-flagging, rushed flips, and random tapping are the most common causes of slow scores.
Consistency beats volume. Three short sessions per week usually outperform one long binge.
Beginner: Matching Deck (6 pairs), Number Order, Symbol Hunt.
Intermediate: Logic Grid (Easy/Medium), Target Sum, Lights Out.
Advanced: Logic Grid (Hard), Color Sequence, Mini Slider.
